1. PURPOSE OF ROLE

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Principal Analyst for sustainability operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to support global reporting and audit requirements for sustainability scope. The candidate should document, analyze, and improve reporting processes and data workflows within sustainability scope. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing efficiency, data integrity, and efficiency of external non-financial reporting.

What will you do:

As a Sustainability Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on various sustainability metrics to support the organization's commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and transparent reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

2. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Data Collection and Analysis:

· Gather and analyze sustainability data from various sources, including internal systems and external databases.

· Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of key sustainability metrics and indicators.

Audit Management:

· Compile and organize relevant documents required for external audits.

· Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation to facilitate smooth audit processes.

· Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather additional information or clarification as required

Reporting:

· Generate regular sustainability reports in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to create visually appealing and informative dashboards and presentations.

Metrics Development:

· Contribute to the development and enhancement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sustainability.

· Work with teams to establish metrics that align with ESRS standards, industry best practices and organizational goals.

· Build global SOP for each metric calculation along with transformation teams and business Units and regularly update them

Stakeholder Communication:

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication of sustainability performance.

· Respond to inquiries and requests for sustainability information from investors, customers, and other stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

· Identify opportunities for process improvement in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

· Stay updated on emerging trends and regulations in sustainability reporting.

· Work with digital transformation teams to automate and standardize reports.

3. Qualifications, Experience, Skills

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, supply, environmental science, sustainability, business analytics).

· Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on sustainability metrics.

· Familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as GRI, SASB, or TCFD.

· Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and software.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
