Job Title: Senior Manager - GBS Commercial

Job Description
1. PURPOSE OF ROLE
The position requires liaising between the GCC team and Business Directors/Senior managers in managing the day-to-day activities. Maintain regular catch up with the Local market to take important decisions on People, Technology and Process. Collaborate with the team to give right feedback and challenge them with the targets enabling them to grow with Organization. This position requires prior experience managing strategic/cross-organizational projects, which would bring value to the business. The position requires responsibility for coordinating and overseeing the operations of the team in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA). Apart from this, participates actively in standardization and improvement of projects, people development and recruitment.
This is a manger of mangers role with four layers of hierarchy. The candidate is required to:
· Manage leads of at least 5 Team and over all span of 25-30 employees across different levels, processes, time zones.
· The candidate will sub-functions like Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing & CX.
· To take existing level of business services to next level of maturity.
· Drive value to business like EBITDA contribution and / or working capital savings.
· Influence team to think driving “business value” to the company.
· Have low attrition rate.
· Think transformation of E2E process.
· Become key member in building best in class capabilities and solutions.
· Think out of box to bring analytics, new technology in processes.

2. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Innovate and deliver additional value to leadership through efficient, quality service and continuous improvement.
· Drive the process of all marketing functions smoothly.
· Manage business/brand portfolio and define strategies, priorities and changes with the country counterpart.
· Provide any needed and associated ad hoc analyses, insights, and analysis of the data.
· Team and work management.
· Collaborate with business unit. partners on a daily basis to ensure delivery of activities.
· Ensures service measures are in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
· Reviewing and prioritizing the requests placed by the stakeholders.
· Run multiple high impact projects across the globe.
· Mentor and train Managers, analysts, and data scientists on functional and leadership skills.
· Track team metrics in a detailed and timely manner; proactively monitor Service Measures and escalate any potential service issues.
· Follow monthly routines with team and stakeholders.
· Conduct monthly marketing townhalls, team meetings, Performance reviews and workshop.
· Responsible for team members Recognition & performance.
· Practice Operational Excellence in day-to-day operations within own team.
· Should work towards standardizing of the process and add value to the existing role.
· Ensure high quality research and analytics work is delivered as per the business need.
· Ability to be highly flexible and react swiftly to changing priorities and urgent situations.
· Provide input into process improvement opportunities and may oversee defining standards for new processes and reusable processes.
· Juggle multiple requests, prioritize according to business stakeholder needs and requirements.
· Drive projects to bring transformation and analytics in current business.
· Drive cross-functional projects with other senior leaders.
· Drive leadership initiatives across the commercial function.
· Work alongside other functions like people, finance, procurement, legal, tech and administration team.
· Bring innovate ideas to drive business growth and increase brand power/equity.
3. Qualifications, Experience, Skills
- Level of educational attainment required:
· Master’s degree in business administration, or Master's degree in any relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Marketing, Economics)
· Proven experience driving marketing KPIs like Brand Power, MDS, Market Share, Campaign ROI, NPS, etc.
· Must have hands-on experience with tools like Nielsen, Kantar, IRI, Medallia, Survey Monkey, Brandwatch, Emplify, Amplify, Shopify, Creator IQ
· Should have excellence knowledge in building VP or Chief level Power Point Presentations
· Intermediate to Advance level knowledge in Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Canva, Datorama will be an added advantage.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data anomalies.
· Strong verbal and written English language skills required
